We provide an easy return process to make sure you enjoy your experience with Smokin' Blues Turquoise!

  •  If you are not absolutely pleased with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details to discuss a return/refund.

  • A pre-paid return label with included tracking will be emailed to you.  

  • If return is not shipped using the prepaid label within 7 days of claim,
    return will be void and sale will be considered final.  

  • Your refund will be processed once we receive the item back in original condition (return label will include tracking)
